

The police have registered an FIR regarding the fire incident at the Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) in Nampally, Hyderabad. The case was registered based on a complaint filed by FSL Inspector Srinivas Reddy. It was revealed that the fire broke out in the property room of the lab at around 10:08 AM. An employee, Sai Krishna, noticed the flames and immediately informed the authorities. Firefighters arrived at the scene at 10:30 AM and, after approximately three hours of effort, brought the fire completely under control by 1:30 PM. The police are continuing their investigation into the cause of the fire.
Meanwhile, FSL Director Shikha Goel stated that a full-scale investigation is underway into the fire at the science lab. She said that some people are spreading false information about the incident and that they are thoroughly investigating who was present at the time of the fire. She advised the public not to believe the rumors circulating on social media.
