Dangerous levels of bacteria have been detected in Delhi’s air, raising serious health concerns. A study conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru University revealed the presence of a “superbug” that is resistant to antibiotics. The bacteria were mainly found in slum areas and densely populated localities. According to the report, bacterial levels are up to 16 times higher than the limits prescribed by the World Health Organization (WHO).
