Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy made significant remarks in the Legislative Assembly regarding the inquiry into the Kaleshwaram project. He questioned the Central Government as to why, despite the matter being handed over to the CBI, no action has been taken thus far against former CM K. Chandrashekar Rao and former Minister Harish Rao. He criticized BJP members, stating that it has become their habit to merely offer suggestions in the House before walking out.
The Chief Minister stated that the government is prepared to constitute a House Committee to investigate land irregularities allegedly committed through the Dharani portal. Meanwhile, BRS members staged a protest in the Assembly, demanding the formation of an inquiry committee to look into the Raghav Constructions affair. Tensions escalated in the House as members raised slogans demanding the dismissal of Minister Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy.
