As part of the celebrations, the Chief Minister will inaugurate houseboat services and the ‘Romantic Float & Dine’ experience. The Minister stated that similar riverfront tourism services will be expanded across the state in the future, as part of the government’s vision to develop Andhra Pradesh into a global tourism destination. Renowned artists and literary figures from India and abroad will participate in the festival. Special attractions include a heritage walk, food festival, ghat ferry rides, a live musical concert by Javed Ali and a variety of cultural performances. Considering the expected large turnout, elaborate security arrangements have been made.
