Another Application Filed by Sunitha in Supreme Court in the Viveka Murder Case!

In the Viveka murder case, his daughter Sunitha has filed another application in the Supreme Court seeking the continuation of the CBI investigation. She has challenged the trial court’s order, which granted only partial relief in this matter. Following this, the Supreme Court has deferred the hearing on the present application as well as other pending petitions to next week.

Earlier, the Supreme Court had directed the Hyderabad CBI Special Court to take a decision on the continuation of the CBI probe.
