Aadarsha Kutumbam AK 47, starring Victory Venkatesh and directed by Trivikram Srinivas, is scheduled to hit theatres on October 30 after several postponements. Produced by S. Radha Krishna (China Babu) under the Haarika & Hassine Creations banner, the film features Srinidhi Shetty opposite Venkatesh. The movie has completed its censor formalities and received a U/A certificate. Although the teaser, trailer and songs have reportedly generated limited buzz, a special screening was recently organised for select members of the film industry.
According to reports following the screening, the film has a runtime of 2 hours and 29 minutes. The story follows Chittibabu, played by Venkatesh, and his wife Swarna, played by Srinidhi Shetty, whose family faces financial difficulties after Swarna loses money in a chit fund scheme. Their situation worsens when Chittibabu loses his job, but a lottery win allows the family to move into a luxurious house. They subsequently become entangled in a crime, leading to questions about Chittibabu’s past, his possible imprisonment and the identity of their daughter, Sampoorna. Reports suggest that the first half is fast-paced, with humour and punch dialogues, while the second half features crime sequences, twists and Sathya’s characterisation. These are early reactions from a special screening, and the film’s overall reception will become clearer after its theatrical release.
