Tamil Stars Extend Support to NEET Students' Protest

The NEET examination paper leak controversy has sparked nationwide protests, with students intensifying their agitation at Jantar Mantar in New Delhi. Protesters are demanding the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, holding him accountable for the alleged irregularities. On July 20, police resorted to a lathi charge while attempting to disperse protesting students, triggering widespread criticism from various sections of society.

Extending support to the students, Tamil actresses Priya Prakash Varrier and Gouri G. Kishan visited Jantar Mantar and expressed solidarity with the protesters. They stated that everyone has a responsibility to stand with students whose futures have been affected. Tamil actor Vijay Sethupathi also backed the movement through a social media post, urging the government to ensure justice for the affected students.
