Auspicious Times to Worship Different Deities...

Hindu traditions do not prescribe a strict time for worshipping God. Devotees can remember and pray to the divine at any time with sincerity and devotion. However, traditional beliefs suggest that certain times are considered especially auspicious for worshipping specific deities. These timings are believed to help devotees perform their prayers with greater spiritual focus.

Surya Bhagavan is traditionally worshipped in the early morning, with the period from around 4:30 AM to 6 AM considered favorable for Surya Aradhana. This time is also believed to be suitable for worshipping Lord Rama and Lord Venkateswara. For Lord Shiva, the period between 6 AM and 7:30 AM is considered favorable by some traditions. Shiva worship is also given special importance around sunset, particularly at about 6 PM.

According to traditional beliefs, the afternoon is considered an appropriate time to worship Lord Hanuman. Devotees particularly regard noon, around 12 PM, as an auspicious period for offering prayers to Anjaneya Swamy. It is believed that worshipping Hanuman with devotion during this time can bring his blessings and grace.
