

The Andhra Pradesh Cabinet, chaired by Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, approved over 20 agenda items during a nearly three-and-a-half-hour at the Secretariat. Key decisions focused on employment, infrastructure, agriculture, urban development, and investment growth. The Cabinet cleared proposals related to municipal asset lease renewals and revisions in rental policies, along with a uniform mutation charge system across all urban local bodies.
The Cabinet also approved upgrading the Office Manager post to Section Officer in the Advocates-on-Record office at AP Bhavan in Delhi. Administrative sanction of ₹354 crore was granted for the Ramayapatnam Greenfield Port project. Additionally, the government approved a guarantee for ₹1,800 crore loan to AP Markfed and sanctioned ₹1,208 crore for multiple projects in Amaravati. Promotions for 385 constables of the Special Protection Force to Head Constables and creation of 21 new posts in High Court and district courts were also cleared.
