TCS Steps Towards Developing Custom AI Solutions

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has partnered with global AI firm Anthropic to accelerate the use of artificial intelligence in business operations and develop advanced AI-driven solutions. As part of the agreement, TCS will create a dedicated business unit focused on AI transformation.

The company will deploy Anthropic’s “Claude” AI tools to around 50,000 employees across engineering, finance, legal, marketing, and sales divisions. The collaboration aims to build customized AI solutions for sectors such as financial services, healthcare, aviation, telecom, and medtech, improving productivity and automating business processes. Both companies emphasized that the partnership will help deliver scalable enterprise AI solutions globally.
