Best trade deal with America

Union Minister for Commerce and Industry Piyush Goyal said that India has signed the best trade deal with America. He said that India has established good trade relations with America compared to competing countries. Speaking at the Raisina Dialogue, he said that the strong partnership with America, the world's largest economy, will continue. He said that the relations between the two countries have been developing stronger in the past few years.

Piyush Goyal revealed that although there were some misunderstandings over the India-US trade deal for some time, they have been overcome. He said that just like small differences in a family, it is natural for countries to have some problems. However, he clarified that India has signed the best deal with America compared to other countries. Goyal recalled that US President Donald Trump has also made positive comments about India and Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
