During the visit, Goyal met leading Dutch business representatives and urged them to explore investment opportunities in India. According to the Ministry of External Affairs, discussions with the Dutch government covered semiconductors, green hydrogen, clean energy, critical minerals and advanced manufacturing. The talks were aimed at identifying new trade and investment opportunities, including through the proposed use of a free trade agreement (FTA).
