The 52nd day of Bigg Boss Telugu Season 10 brought fresh twists and confrontations as contestants took part in the new ‘BB Hotel’ task. The house was divided into three zones, each with a specific role: contestants in the red zone had to work as hotel staff, those in the yellow zone had to act as hotel owners, and the members in the green zone, referred to as the GOAT members, played the guests. The task revolved around hospitality, service, money and stars, with contestants trying to earn rewards that could improve their chances of entering the captaincy race.
The contestants in the green zone held money and stars, prompting others to devise strategies to earn them. The contestants who accumulated the highest amounts of money and stars by the end of the task were expected to gain an opportunity to become captaincy contenders. However, Rohith was reportedly ineligible for the captaincy race because of a punishment imposed on him earlier. Meanwhile, the housemates had to coordinate closely during a special challenge designed to test communication between hotel owners and staff.
During one round, Naresh and Jhansi formed one team, while Varshini and Rohith were in the other. Jhansi made a mistake while arranging items on the board based on Naresh’s gestures. When she asked Naresh whether her arrangement was correct, Bigg Boss reprimanded her for seeking help instead of following the task instructions independently. Jhansi apologised, and task supervisor Trigun restarted the challenge. In the subsequent round, Trigun declared a foul after some items were placed incorrectly, despite Varshini and Rohith maintaining that they had followed the rules. The report says their team ultimately won the challenge.
The task also produced some entertaining and tense moments. Mukesh and Debjani entered the hotel scenario as a couple planning to get married, but a photograph showing Mukesh kissing Varshini triggered a confrontation. Debjani questioned Mukesh, who reportedly explained that Varshini was his former girlfriend and that he did not know she was working at the hotel. Elsewhere, conversations between Aman and Varshini appeared to turn into an argument. Trigun, Shiv, Neetu and Ram Prasad also discussed the distribution of money and stars, leading to disagreements over who controlled the rewards and how they should be shared.
The red-zone contestants faced another concern after Bigg Boss reportedly warned that those remaining in the zone until the challenges concluded could face two forms of elimination. This raised questions about whether the week would bring another double elimination, following Dakshi’s audience-vote eviction and Shalini’s exit based on the GOAT members’ decision in the previous week. With money, stars and zone changes influencing the competition, the key questions are who will qualify for the captaincy race and what consequences await the contestants still in the red zone.
