The eighth week nomination process in Bigg Boss Telugu turned intense, with contestants facing heated arguments and unexpected twists. This time, not only contestants in the Green Level but also three contestants from the Yellow Level were given an opportunity to nominate others. However, the final decision on which three Yellow Level contestants could proceed depended on their arguments and the points they presented before the judges. The introduction of a permanent judge and a rotating judge created additional tension, making the process feel more like a battle among the judges than a nomination round. Naresh was the first contestant selected from the Yellow Team, and he nominated Varshini and Jhansi, arguing that they were not performing tasks properly. Varshini countered that Bigg Boss was a personality show rather than merely a game show and pointed out that winning tasks did not necessarily make someone the winner. She also explained that she had recently undergone surgery and said she would have performed much better otherwise.

During the discussion, judge Trigun said contestants could bring in others as witnesses. Shiv supported Naresh’s argument, stating that contestants could demonstrate their personalities through tasks as well. Varshini responded sharply, telling Shiv that he lacked common sense. Naresh later nominated Jhansi, citing her tendency to cry. Shiv nominated Sudheer and Vamsi, with the judges placing Sudheer in danger. Bigg Boss then gave contestants from the Red Team an opportunity to nominate one member, with the Green Team making the final decision. Rohit nominated Naresh, while Ramakrishna nominated Varshini, who was subsequently placed in danger. Later, Jhansi and Shwetha nominated Shiv and Jhansi, respectively, and Shiv was saved. After two days of intense discussions and arguments, eight contestants remained in the nominations: Jhansi, Rohit, Ramakrishna, Sudheer, Ram Prasad, Varshini, Shiv and Vamsi.
