Meta Unveils Muse Charm: Zuckerberg’s Personal AI Vision Takes a New Leap

At Meta Connect 2026, Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg outlined the company’s vision for Muse as a personal AI agent that can understand users’ goals and perform tasks on their behalf. Meta says Muse operates through a dedicated Muse Secure VM, while a new Muse Confidential VM is planned to provide an additional layer of privacy. The company is also expanding Muse to Mac and AI glasses, with new commerce integrations.

Meta also unveiled Muse Charm, a compact keychain-sized device designed to let users interact with Muse through voice without unlocking a phone or opening an app. The device includes a fingerprint sensor, and Meta is targeting a holiday-season launch in December. Zuckerberg said the company is also working on private processing for certain AI-glasses features, initially including live translation.
