Anant Singh Makes Grand Arrangements for His Daughter’s Wedding

Anant Singh, the Bihar MLA who was expelled from the Janata Dal (United) following controversial remarks, is once again in the spotlight. The Supreme Court recently directed him to surrender before the investigating authorities in connection with a murder case during the first week of December. Meanwhile, Singh is preparing to host an extravagant wedding for his daughter, Shivangi Singh, scheduled for November 25. According to reports, a grand feast is being planned for approximately four lakh guests.

The celebrations are expected to feature horse-riding events and wrestling competitions. A Mahindra Thar SUV and a motorcycle are reportedly among the prizes planned for the winners. Competitors from different parts of the country are said to be arriving in Bihar to participate in the events. Several cultural programmes are also being organised as part of the celebrations. The elaborate wedding arrangements have attracted attention amid the legal and political developments surrounding Anant Singh.
