PM Modi Meets LK Advani and Extends Birthday Greetings

Prime Minister Narendra Modi met veteran BJP leader and former Deputy Prime Minister Lal Krishna Advani on his birthday and extended his greetings. Modi visited Advani at his residence in Delhi and wished him good health and well-being. Born on November 8, 1927, Advani completed 99 years and entered his centenary year. The BJP organised special celebrations and programmes across the country to mark the occasion.

BJP president Nitin Nabin attended a commemorative event held in Delhi. Recalling Advani’s political approach, Nabin said that he had emphasised the need for political parties to stand united when the country faced challenges. He also recalled Advani’s view that the BJP would support the government on matters concerning national security, even while being in the Opposition. A special video featuring some of Advani’s prominent speeches was screened during the event.
