West Indies all-rounder Justin Greaves etched his name into Test cricket history by becoming the first bowler to claim five wickets without conceding a single run during the five-wicket spell. After going wicketless in his opening six overs while conceding 27 runs, Greaves returned for a sensational second spell, delivering five consecutive maiden overs and taking one wicket in each over.
Pakistan, who resumed Day 3 at a commanding 244/3, suffered a dramatic collapse as Greaves dismissed Shan Masood, Mohammad Rizwan, Ali Usman, Aamir Jamal and Mohammad Abbas. Pakistan were bowled out for 282, losing their final seven wickets for just 38 runs. It was Greaves' maiden five-wicket haul in Test cricket. At stumps on Day 3, West Indies were 126/7 in their second innings with a lead of 155 runs, setting up an intriguing finish.
