Vijay TVK Party Symbol ‘Vigil’

Chennai: With the Tamil Nadu Assembly elections scheduled to be held in the coming months, actor Vijay is all set to make his entry into active politics. A new political party led by him, Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK), is preparing to contest the elections for the first time, creating fresh buzz in state politics.

The Election Commission of India has allotted the ‘Whistle’ symbol to the TVK party. Vijay’s party had applied for multiple symbols, including an auto, a whistle, and a cricket bat, and the Election Commission finalized the whistle as the official election symbol.

The Tamil Nadu Assembly elections are expected to be held in April and May. Political analysts believe that TVK, under Vijay’s leadership, could bring new energy and enthusiasm into the political landscape of the state.
