They made me cry for being dark during my school days: MLC Kavitha

Telangana Jagruthi founder Kavitha revealed that she faced harassment during her school days. Speaking to a student on the Little Scholars radio program, she shared her experience.

'They made me cry in school because I was dark. I felt very hurt at that time. My mother gave me strength, saying that God created everyone as they are, and we should accept ourselves. She told me that what matters is not how we look, but how we think. I still follow that even today', Kavitha said.
