Vijay Sethupathi’s ‘Baththa’ on OTT…When Does Streaming Begin?

Vijay Sethupathi’s latest Tamil action-comedy drama, Baththa, received appreciation from audiences for its performances and entertainment value. However, the film’s box-office collections have reportedly been less encouraging. The makers have now finalised its digital release date, giving audiences another opportunity to watch the movie. Netflix, the film’s official streaming partner, will premiere Baththa on October 29, 2026.

The film will be available on Netflix in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Hindi and Malayalam, potentially helping it reach a wider audience across India. Whether the movie gains greater popularity through its digital release remains to be seen. Murad Khetani, Atlee, Priya Atlee, Alok Jain and Ajit Andhare produced the film, while Sai Abhyankkar composed the music. Master Sai Prithviraj has received considerable appreciation for his performance. The cast also includes Lijomol Jose, Santhy Balachandran, Baby Sahasra Shree and others.
