

The Andhra Pradesh State Cabinet on Tuesday approved the allotment of a Group-I post and a residential house site to renowned international athlete Jyothi Yarraji, recognizing her outstanding contributions to sports. SAP Chairman Animini Ravinaidu stated that the decision reflects the state government’s strong commitment to encouraging and supporting sportspersons. He also highlighted the key role played by IT and HRD Minister Nara Lokesh, who stood by the athlete with brotherly support throughout the process.
Ravinaidu praised Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu for his dedication towards the development of sports and athletes in the state, noting that the government has once again proved its support for sportspersons. He also acknowledged the encouragement extended by Deputy Chief Minister Konidela Pawan Kalyan and the proactive role of Minister Nara Lokesh in promoting sports. Expressing gratitude, the SAP Chairman thanked the Chief Minister, Deputy Chief Minister, Minister Lokesh, and all Cabinet members for standing by Jyothi Yarraji and honouring her achievements.
