

The Special Investigation Team (SIT) has issued a notice to former BRS MP and party General Secretary Joginapally Santosh Kumar, directing him to appear before the SIT for questioning. The notice was served under Section 160 of the Criminal Procedure Code (CrPC).
As part of the investigation into the alleged phone tapping case, SIT officials have asked Santosh Kumar to report to the SIT office at Jubilee Hills on Tuesday at 3:00 PM. The notice states that his appearance is required for inquiry. Earlier, the SIT had already questioned BRS leaders K. T. Rama Rao and Harish Rao in connection with the same case.
Responding to the notice issued by the Special Investigation Team (SIT) in connection with the phone tapping case, Joginapally Santosh Kumar stated that he will attend the inquiry. He said he would visit the SIT office on Tuesday and fully cooperate with the investigation. He also affirmed that he respects the law and is prepared to face the police inquiry.
