Bollywood actor Tiger Shroff has sold an apartment in Mumbai’s Khar West for ₹9 crore. According to property registration documents reported by the media, the transaction was registered on October 22, 2026, just four days after a firing incident involving the actor in Mumbai’s Juhu area. The apartment is located in the Rustomjee Paramount residential complex. The timing of the property deal has attracted attention, although there is no confirmed information establishing a connection between the sale and the shooting incident.
The firing incident reportedly occurred on October 18, when three men on a motorcycle opened fire at the actor’s car as he was leaving a football ground in Juhu. Tiger escaped serious injury, while his driver and a fan sustained injuries. Investigators have been examining the case, and arrests have been reported. The apartment sale and the shooting investigation are separate developments; no official statement has confirmed that the property transaction was prompted by the incident.
