

Chief Minister Revanth Reddy expressed serious concern in the Assembly over BRS leader Thatha Madhu’s alleged remarks against the Speaker. He said Leader of Opposition K. Chandrashekar Rao should immediately apologise and demanded strict action against the member. Revanth Reddy stressed that democratic decisions must be taken after discussion and urged all members to uphold the traditions and dignity of the House.
Revanth Reddy said the Speaker ensures that the Assembly functions smoothly while protecting the rights and dignity of all members. He stated that disrespectful remarks against the Speaker must be discussed before taking up other issues. The Chief Minister also alleged that BRS leaders were encouraged to make provocative statements and accused the party of insulting Dalits and the wider society through objectionable remarks. He urged the BJP to participate in the discussion and called on all members to protect the dignity of the Assembly.
