Union Minister of State for Home Affairs Bandi Sanjay Kumar launched sharp criticism against Chief Minister Revanth Reddy. He alleged that Revanth Reddy created obstacles to the implementation of women’s reservations and deceived women by failing to fulfill the promises made to them. He said the hopes of women across the country, who expected the Women’s Reservation Bill to be passed in Parliament, were disappointed.
Speaking at the “Mahila Aakrosh Padayatra” held at Indira Park in Hyderabad, Bandi Sanjay also criticized Congress alliance leaders. He stated that Prime Minister Narendra Modi had already taken a forward step on the Women’s Reservation Bill and expressed confidence that women’s reservations would be implemented before the upcoming elections.
