

Signs of renewed industrial confidence are emerging in Andhra Pradesh, as leading clean-energy giant ReNew Power is set to make a major comeback after five years. Earlier today, IT and Education Minister Nara Lokesh hinted at a big investment announcement through a post on X. As promised, sharp at 9 AM, he revealed that ReNew Power will invest ₹82,000 crore across several advanced renewable-energy sectors in the state.
The company plans to establish large-scale projects spanning solar ingot and wafer manufacturing, green hydrogen, and green molecules. Lokesh stated that it is a proud moment for Andhra Pradesh to welcome such a comprehensive and futuristic energy investment.
Officials believe this mega investment will boost industrial growth, create new jobs, and strengthen AP’s position in the renewable energy ecosystem.
