BRS Working President K. T. Rama Rao (KTR) has expressed concern over the rise of personal attacks and degrading politics in Telangana. Referring to recent comments made by Revanth Reddy against him, KTR revealed that KCR personally advised him on how to handle the situation.
According to KTR, KCR told him that Revanth Reddy was acting out of frustration and fear of defeat, and advised him to remain calm, composed, and dignified in his responses. KCR reportedly reminded him that patience and dignity are essential traits for any growing leader.
KTR added that when leadership within a political party is strong and disciplined, other members will naturally behave responsibly. He urged leaders like Mahesh Goud (Congress) and Ramachandra Rao (BJP) to control their party members’ conduct. Expressing disappointment, KTR said that people are tired of the current political atmosphere, and now view politicians as caricatures or corrupt figures due to the growing negativity in politics.
