Janwada Farmhouse Belongs to Me, KTR Has No Ownership: Pradeep Reddy

Janwada farmhouse owner B. Pradeep Reddy has clarified that the property in Janwada, Shankarpally mandal, belongs to him and has no ownership connection with BRS working president K. T. Rama Rao (KTR). Speaking to the media at the farmhouse on Friday evening, Reddy said reports claiming that the farmhouse belonged to KTR were false. He stated that he legally purchased the four-acre property in 2019 and later leased it to KTR, whom he described as his childhood friend.

Reddy said the land has a clear title and that he is ready to present the relevant property documents if the government or authorities have any doubts regarding the land. He also said he had seen statements by some political leaders about visiting his property. Reddy warned that he would take legal action if anyone deliberately entered his land. He alleged that political motives were behind attempts to bring his property into a controversy and reiterated that he has no business transactions with KTR related to the property.
