The ninth week nomination process in Bigg Boss Telugu Season 10 turned increasingly heated during the Day 58 episode, with intense arguments breaking out among the housemates. Mukesh and Varshini appeared to become the main targets, facing criticism from multiple contestants. While Shiv, Naresh and Ram Prasad confronted Varshini, Trigun and Shiv strongly criticised Mukesh. Debjani also expressed her displeasure, saying that personality and behaviour mattered more than speed or balance in tasks. She called Mukesh's attitude unacceptable and became emotional while saying, "I pity you, Mukesh." Trigun also criticised Mukesh's thinking, describing it as dirty and vulgar. Mukesh hit back, accusing Trigun of being harmful to society. Meanwhile, the episode also drew criticism over the language used by Trigun and Shiv against Mukesh and Varshini.
