Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu said that Indians have played a major role in the development of many countries around the world. He made these remarks while speaking at the prestigious Raisina Dialogue 2026 conference held in Delhi, organized by the Ministry of External Affairs and the Observer Research Foundation. Speaking on the topic “Technology, Good Governance and the Future”, the Chief Minister said Indians can be found in almost every part of the world and their contributions are widely recognized.
Chandrababu explained that India is developing rapidly because it adopted reforms in technology and telecommunications at the right time. He said India is moving forward as a cooperative federal nation by working closely with the central government and neighboring states. He also noted that Indians are well known globally for their knowledge in the IT sector as well as their diplomacy and flexibility.
The Chief Minister said that in the past many talented Indians moved abroad, leading to a brain drain, especially to places like Silicon Valley. However, he expressed confidence that reverse migration will begin soon as opportunities are now coming to places where skills and resources exist. He added that around 60 percent of Global Capability Centers (GCCs) worldwide are now located in India. Chandrababu also highlighted that India is making rapid progress in green energy, and in the future the country may even export electricity to other nations.
