Andhra Pradesh is set to witness a major technological development as Google begins the foundation process for its upcoming AI data center. Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu will lead the ceremony. The project will be established across 600 acres in Taruluvada, Rambilli, and Adavivaram areas of Visakhapatnam. With an investment of $15 billion and a planned capacity of 1 gigawatt, this is one of the largest infrastructure projects in the region.
The Chief Minister, along with Minister Nara Lokesh and Union IT Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw, has already reached Visakhapatnam and interacted with Google representatives. A formal dinner was hosted for them on the previous night. As per the schedule, the CM will leave the Vizag Port Guest House at 08:45 AM and reach the event venue by 09:15 AM. He will participate in the foundation ceremony from 09:30 AM to 12:35 PM and address the gathering.
Later, he will visit the Simhachalam Temple at 01:55 PM, followed by a meeting at the South Coast Railway Zone office at 02:40 PM. He is expected to depart for Amaravati from Visakhapatnam Airport at 04:20 PM.
