Hyderabad-based 'Parawheel KK Surveys & Strategies' has predicted that the DMK is set to retain power in the upcoming Tamil Nadu Assembly elections. Releasing the survey details in Chennai on Tuesday, the firm's CEO, Kiran Kondeti, stated that their findings are based on a scientific study conducted across all 234 constituencies at the polling booth level. According to the survey, the DMK leads with a 41.5% support base, followed by the AIADMK at 36.2%, Vijay’s TVK at 13.6%, and Naam Tamilar Katchi (NTK) at 7.9%.
The study, conducted via their dedicated platform 'KK Parawheel', revealed that 41.5% of the public believes Chief Minister Stalin’s governance has been excellent, while also noting that Vijay’s party has a strong chance of winning several seats in the Chennai region. Kiran Kondeti further explained that the research delved deep into voter sentiments across key areas, including Coimbatore, the Delta districts, and the Southern, Northern, and Western regions of Tamil Nadu, while analyzing factors like governance perception and anti-incumbency. He clarified that their firm operates independently without any political affiliations. Recalling their previous track record, Kondeti highlighted that they accurately predicted the landslide victory of the TDP-Janasena-BJP alliance during the 2019 Andhra Pradesh elections well before the results were announced.
