

To improve passenger convenience, TGSRTC has launched the ‘Mee Seva – Mee Ticket’ mobile app. The app was inaugurated at the Secretariat by Transport Minister Ponnam Prabhakar, Special Secretary Vikas Raj, RTC VC & MD Y Nagi Reddy and Mee Seva Commissioner Ravi Kiran. The app integrates OPRS services, allowing passengers to digitally book long-distance and intercity bus tickets. A total of 1,710 OPRS services are available, including 450 A/C and 1,260 non-A/C services. Around 13,000 seats are booked daily. Tickets can be reserved for major destinations such as Bengaluru, Tirupati, Visakhapatnam, Vijayawada, Mancherial, Khammam, Adilabad, Asifabad and Warangal.
The app also offers five types of city bus passes in the Greater Hyderabad Zone. Passengers can purchase and renew monthly passes easily. Available passes include City Ordinary (₹1,400), Metro Express (₹1,600), Metro Deluxe (₹1,800), Green Metro Luxury A/C (₹2,200) and Pushpak A/C (₹5,000).
Additionally, the T24 ticket has been integrated into the app. It is a 24-hour digital travel pass that allows unlimited rides on City Ordinary, Metro Express and Metro Deluxe buses after activation. The average daily sale is 16,830 tickets. Fares are ₹130 for adults, ₹90 for children and ₹110 for women (other states) and senior citizens. The minister stated that passengers can now access tickets, passes` and T24 tickets for all RTC bus services through the app. Officials encouraged the public to make use of these digital facilities.
