Lalit Modi Defends Sushmita Sen, Dismisses Money Allegations

IPL founder and former chairman Lalit Modi has strongly dismissed allegations made against Bollywood actress and former Miss Universe Sushmita Sen, calling them false and uninformed. In a recent interview, he said that Sushmita is a hardworking and independent woman who has earned everything on her own, including her diamonds and business ventures.

He further stated that during their time together, she often paid for expenses and never depended on others financially. Lalit Modi also described their relationship as special, saying that Sushmita played an important role in his personal growth. He is currently residing in London after legal issues related to tax evasion and money laundering, and had earlier revealed his relationship with Sushmita Sen in 2022.
