Weather experts have warned that the “real summer” will begin across Telangana from April 10, with a sharp rise in temperatures. Although recent light showers brought temporary relief in some areas, the coming days are expected to be much hotter. Over the next ten days, temperatures may rise by 2 to 4 degrees above normal levels. Northern and eastern districts are likely to face the highest heat intensity.
Districts like Adilabad, Karimnagar, Warangal and Khammam are expected to experience severe heat conditions. In Singareni regions, temperatures may range between 41°C and 43°C, making it necessary for people to stay alert and take precautions.
In Hyderabad, the heat is also expected to intensify due to the urban heat effect, with temperatures likely to touch 40°C. Experts say there may be occasional thunderstorms with hail in some places due to local weather changes. However, these rains will only provide short relief and humidity may increase after rainfall, making the weather feel even more uncomfortable.
