Pan-India star Prabhas is currently busy with multiple big projects, but his fans are now worried about delays. His recent film The Raja Saab did not meet expectations and now his upcoming movie Fauji is facing uncertainty over its release. Initially planned for August or Dasara, the film is likely to be postponed as shooting and post-production work are still incomplete.
Directed by Hanu Raghavapudi, Fauji involves heavy visual work, which is taking more time. Reports suggest that the makers are aiming for a December release, possibly around December 4, but further delays could even push it to Sankranti 2027. Because of this delay, Prabhas other projects are also getting affected.
Films like Spirit, directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga and Kalki 2898 AD Part 2, directed by Nag Ashwin, are waiting for Prabhas dates. Though some scenes of Kalki 2 are already shot with stars like Amitabh Bachchan and Kamal Haasan, the main shoot depends on Prabhas. Meanwhile, the actor is reportedly on a short break in Italy and is expected to resume shooting soon. Despite delays, the makers are focused on delivering a high-quality cinematic experience, which is raising both expectations and concerns among fans.
