Parliament Budget Session to Begin on January 28; All-Party Meeting on January 27!

With the Parliament Budget Session scheduled to begin on January 28, the Union Government will hold an all-party meeting on January 27 to discuss key issues. The meeting will focus on the agenda for the session, important bills, and other matters likely to be taken up in both Houses of Parliament.

The Budget Session will commence with President Droupadi Murmu’s address to the joint sitting of the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha. Discussions on the Motion of Thanks to the President’s address are expected to take place from February 2 to February 4. The first phase of the session will continue until February 13, while the second phase will resume on March 9 and conclude on April 2.
