There is a strong possibility that the Special Investigation Team (SIT) will soon issue notices to former Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao (KCR) along with two former ministers. Officials are reportedly preparing to serve notices to KCR, former ministers K.T. Rama Rao (KTR) and T. Harish Rao. The notices are likely to be issued after the conclusion of the Assembly sessions.
According to information that has emerged, Prabhakar Rao has stated that phone tapping was carried out targeting senior leaders of the previous government, including KCR, Harish Rao and KTR. The SIT has reportedly identified that Harish Rao, in coordination with the managing director of a private news channel, facilitated the phone tapping of several prominent individuals. Similarly, the SIT investigation has revealed that phone tapping was conducted on certain individuals based on instructions allegedly given by KTR.
