

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has announced an internal investigation into the alleged harassment case reported from Nashik, marking a significant development in the matter. The company stated that it has constituted an independent oversight committee to ensure a fair and transparent inquiry. The case has gained attention after multiple complaints surfaced from employees within the organization.
According to TCS, a total of nine cases have already been registered based on employee complaints. Special teams are actively searching for the key accused, Nidha Khan. Clarifying her role, the company stated that Nidha Khan is not an HR manager but was working only as a process associate. TCS reiterated its commitment to maintaining a safe workplace and assured that strict action will be taken based on the findings of the investigation.
