The United States has expanded its travel restrictions by imposing a travel ban on seven more countries, further tightening entry norms. With this latest move, the total number of countries facing a complete travel ban has risen to 19. The decision follows earlier measures under former President Donald Trump, who had already enforced full restrictions on 12 nations citing security and immigration concerns.
In addition to the full ban list, the US administration has also placed 15 countries under a temporary travel restriction category. These measures include stricter visa scrutiny and limited entry permissions. The expanded travel ban is expected to impact international travel, diplomatic relations, and migration patterns, drawing widespread attention across the global community.
