TCS Halts Nashik Operations Amid Probe

Tata Consultancy Services has reportedly suspended on site operations at its Nashik facility as investigations continue into serious workplace misconduct allegations. Employees have been instructed to work from home until further notice, while new joiners have been asked to postpone their onboarding during the ongoing inquiry.

The action follows multiple complaints related to alleged sexual harassment and coercion, leading to a large scale police investigation, several FIRs, and arrests of employees, including some from the HR department. The company stated that it is fully cooperating with authorities and has initiated internal measures, including suspensions, as the investigation progresses.
