

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu held a review meeting at the Secretariat on road development and transport departments. The discussion focused on road maintenance, making roads pothole free, and increasing the use of electric buses. Ministers including B. C. Janardhan Reddy and Mandipalli Ramprasad Reddy, along with senior officials like Special Chief Secretary Krishna Babu and APSRTC MD Dwaraka Tirumala Rao, attended the meeting.
The Chief Minister directed officials to ensure proper maintenance of over 45,000 km of roads across the state. He emphasized that road construction should be based on geographical conditions in different regions. He also highlighted that better roads would improve public infrastructure and accessibility. Additionally, he instructed officials to promote electric buses to provide cost-effective and efficient public transportation.
