Union Minister Bandi Sanjay Kumar responded to the Love Jihad case that surfaced in Nashik and issued key suggestions to the Telangana government. He urged the State DGP to immediately convene a meeting with the heads of major IT companies, particularly their HR teams. He stated that such issues will also be closely monitored from their side. Referring to the corporate jihad case in Nashik, he emphasized that the situation in Telangana cannot be ignored. Highlighting that Hyderabad hosts lakhs of IT employees, he said workplaces should strictly remain spaces for career growth and must not become platforms for coercion, harassment, religious agendas, exploitation or covert pressure networks.
He stressed the need for strict accountability, stating that no complaint should be suppressed, no victim should be left isolated, and managements must not act negligently. He pointed out that many employees are already sharing workplace incidents on social media and urged authorities not to ignore these warning signs. He appealed to company heads, HR teams and managers to prioritize employee safety and dignity, encourage open reporting of grievances and ensure that every issue is addressed seriously and impartially.
