Ragh Mayur’s upcoming Telugu film ‘Anumana Pakshi’, directed by ‘DJ Tillu’ fame Vimal Krishna, has locked a new release date. Marine plays the female lead, while Raashi, Prince Cecil, Anya and Charith are part of the key cast. Produced jointly by Rajeev Chilaka, Rajesh Jagatiani and Hirachand Dand, the film was originally scheduled to release on September 18 but was postponed due to unavoidable reasons. The makers have now announced a grand theatrical release on September 25.
The release date puts ‘Anumana Pakshi’ in a box-office clash with Nani’s ‘The Paradise’, which arrives on September 24. Responding to the competition, the makers released a new poster with the line, “A bird won’t stop flying because a crow is in the arena.” ‘The Paradise’ has generated considerable buzz as Nani and director Sreekanth Odela reunite after ‘Dasara’. With both films arriving within a day of each other, their box-office performance will be closely watched.
