Adivi Sesh is ready to thrill audiences once again with his upcoming film Dacoit, directed by Shaniel Deo. Known for delivering strong Pan-India hits, Sesh is now back with a dark and emotional story that mixes romance and revenge. The movie stars Mrunal Thakur as the female lead and features Anurag Kashyap in a key role as a cop.
On the occasion of Adivi Sesh’s birthday, the makers released a powerful new poster showing him in handcuffs, holding a cigar and giving an intense stare. His rugged look with bruises hints at a man haunted by his past. Along with the poster, the team announced that the film’s teaser will be released tomorrow(December 18) — the Telugu version in Hyderabad and the Hindi version in Mumbai.
Dacoit is produced by Supriya Yarlagadda and co-produced by Suniel Narang, presented by Annapurna Studios. The movie will hit theaters worldwide on March 19, 2026, coinciding with the Ugadi festival.
