Sai Pallavi recently shared interesting details about her family, childhood and personal experiences. She revealed that her father always encouraged her to focus on education, while her mother wanted her to develop skills beyond academics. She said she used to share practical matters with her father and emotional thoughts with her mother, maintaining a balance between the two. Interestingly, she jokingly mentioned that although her parents used to discipline her during childhood, they are now a little afraid of her. She also revealed that she was surprised to learn only a few years ago that her father was a football player who had represented India. He never spoke proudly about his achievements and always preferred a simple lifestyle. Unfortunately, injuries to both his legs required steel plates to be inserted, forcing him to give up the sport.
Sai Pallavi also spoke about an incident that deeply affected her during her medical internship. She recalled speaking to a patient for just five minutes before learning that the woman had passed away. The experience left a lasting impact on her and made her realise the value of life. She said she finds it difficult to watch or even hear about road accidents and believes that speeding can cost lives. Sharing her philosophy, she said that people should accept what is destined to happen while continuing to work hard towards their goals. She credited her mother for instilling this belief in her. Sai Pallavi also expressed her happiness about playing Sita in Ramayana. Director Nitesh Tiwari introduced the role to her through a Zoom call, followed by an audition in Mumbai. She also participated in special workshops to prepare for action sequences. After nearly three years of hard work and anticipation, she is finally preparing to portray Sita on the big screen.
She further recalled becoming extremely emotional during her younger sister Pooja's wedding. Sai Pallavi said she had always treated her sister like her own daughter and found it difficult to accept that she would be moving to another home after marriage. She revealed that she cried more than her parents during the wedding ceremony. Although it has been almost a year since the wedding, she has still not looked at the photographs, fearing that they might make her emotional all over again. Her revelations offered a glimpse into her strong family bonds, personal experiences and dedication to her upcoming role as Sita.
