

Ramayana is shaping up to be one of the biggest cinematic projects ever produced in India, with reports estimating its production budget at nearly Rs. 4,000 crore. The film is expected to feature Hollywood-level visual effects and large-scale production values. According to industry reports, Sony Pictures has secured the international distribution rights, while the makers are preparing an extensive worldwide promotional campaign estimated at around Rs. 375 crore, including nearly Rs. 140 crore from the producers' side.
The reported promotional budget is among the largest ever planned for an Indian film, reflecting the team's ambition to reach audiences across global markets. Meanwhile, the trailer, which was expected to release on Friday, has reportedly been postponed. Although the makers have not announced a new release date for the trailer, the delay has only increased excitement among movie lovers waiting for the epic spectacle.
