Land prices in Raidurg have once again touched a record high. In an e-auction conducted by the Telangana Industrial Infrastructure Corporation, Plot P1 fetched an unprecedented Rs 264 crore per acre. This is reportedly the highest price achieved so far in a government-led land auction in Hyderabad. The sale of 5.25 acres generated Rs 1,386 crore in revenue for TGIIC. Against a reserve price of Rs 175 crore per acre, intense bidding pushed the final price to Rs 264 crore, around 51 percent above the base price.
The latest auction also surpassed Raidurg previous record of Rs 237 crore per acre, achieved in May this year. Officials said the sharp rise highlights growing investor confidence in Hyderabad’s real estate and infrastructure potential. The auction was conducted transparently through the MSTC e-auction platform, with leading national developers participating and JLL serving as the transaction advisor. TGIIC said the result further strengthens Hyderabad’s position as a major business and investment destination.
