Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy visited the prestigious University of Oxford in London along with his delegation. During his visit to the nearly 900-year-old institution, the Chief Minister also toured the Blavatnik School of Government, one of Oxford’s newer academic institutions. Professors Maya Tudor and Faisal Devji met the Telangana delegation on the campus and held discussions on various issues concerning the state.
The discussions covered governance, education and public policy, with Telangana Chief Secretary K. Ramakrishna Rao and other senior officials accompanying the Chief Minister. Oxford University shares a longstanding connection with India, with former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi having studied at the institution.
